  Isrotel considers it very important to provide high quality, available and accessible service to all its customers, and works at all levels to make information and services accessible to customers with disabilities.

  The results of these actions can be seen in both the physical accessibility of buildings and infrastructures, and in the digital accessibility of the company's services.

  These adaptations are carried out in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities law.

  Website Accessibility

   

  The Isrotel website offers easy and comfortable access for everyone.

  The website meets the accessibility requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (Accessibility Adaptation for Services), 5773 (2013), and complies with the recommendations of the Israeli Standards Institute (IS 5568) for accessibility of internet content at AA level, and the international WCAG2.0.

  The website is suitable for display on the most popular browsers as well as cellular phones. The recommended browser for use on a desktop, which provides the best support for accessibility needs, is Firefox with the NVDA screen reader. The JAWS screen reader is recommended for use with Internet Explorer.

  The Isrotel site is designed for easy and comfortable navigation, and content is written clearly, allowing it to be quickly and easily understood by all users.

  Isrotel has installed UI – User1st on its site, an advanced system that enables the site to be adapted for users' accessibility needs.
