Cramim, A Love Story

"Cramim, a Love Story" tells the hotel's history through its exotic recipes, accompanied by the story of wine, and incorporating magnificent photographs of the hotel and its surroundings.

The 328-page book shares 106 recipes that include appetizers, salads, stews, main courses (meat and fish), soups, recipes from Arab cuisine, and desserts. Some recipes are even accompanied by additional information and wine pairings for that particular dish.

All the dishes are suitable for home preparation.

The book is sold in THE SHOP at all Isrotel hotels for NIS 159 (incl. VAT).
